Canadian melodic hardcore / pop punk outfit Gob have been long time supporters of Skull Skates and Skull thought fit to do a Gob deck featuring artwork from their newest album ‘Apt. 13′. Originally from Langley BC, Gob has become a fixture of the Canadian punk scene since their beginnings in 1993 at the height of the Plan B-Offspring-Big Drill Car-Doughboys-skateboarding melodic hardcore world of the 90s.
Not without controversy, the graphic from the new album and skate deck has some striking similarities to another Vancouver band’s LP from last year. See the Exclaim article on the crazy coincidence HERE.
